Spray-on condoms? Really?

Are the size of condoms really THAT much of a problem? I don't know because I'm not a man, but really. This guy invented spray-on condoms to provide a condom that would fit all sizes. I have bunch of questions about these, including how it works taking them off. Read the story and decide for yourself. Does this sound good? Or not?
