Donutology plans a 6 a.m. opening Wednesday at 1009 Westport Road. It will specialize in made-to-order cake donuts with a variety of icings, toppings and drizzles. But it also will sell Daylight Donuts, including bear claws, apple fritters and cinnamon rolls.

Bōru Ramen Bar plans a mid-December opening in former 75th Street Brewery space in Waldo. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is scheduled to open Oct. 24 and Plowboys Barbeque is planning to open Oct. 19 in its new Town Pavilion space.

Chad Sander, a partner in Mo Brew, has opened a transport service that can be booked for private events but also does weekend bar runs. He’ll also open Just Juice at 1607 W. 39th St. with a partner.

East Brookside pizza and pints place opening late spring 2017

The owners of Brookside Wine & Spirits are expanding the building for another operation, Brookside Pizza & Tap Room. It is scheduled to open in late spring at 600 E. 63rd St.
