Omaha-based Blue Sushi Sake Grill is entering the market with a new restaurant in Woodside Village at 4705 Rainbow. It has a large traditional and creative maki, sashimi and nigiri menu, along with Asian-inspired appetizers, soups, salads and entrees.

Independence’s new Los Cabos restaurant brings Mexico to the Midwest

The Oklahoma chain has opened a 10,000-square-foot restaurant, bar and outdoor cabana overlooking a man-made lake and waterfalls. Its made-from-scratch menu includes tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, baby back ribs, seafood and tamales. It also features live music on the weekends, including a mariachi band, and a balloon artist.
